My journey into the consulting world was forged through the fires of experience – a rollercoaster ride encompassing 22 years of management, executive leadership, and, ultimately, business ownership. This path was marked by both achievements and triumphs, as well as a pivotal moment that led to the inception of my consulting company.

During my time as a business owner, I became furious with Online reviewers. I was a legitimate business owner, constantly fighting to keep my business reputation in good standing online. Angry clients posted lies about my company, lawyers who were not actual customers posted reviews, and reviews came in from people around the world who had never visited my business. With no one to turn to but faceless companies around the globe, promising for large fees to remove these reviews, I saw the need for a service that truly understood the struggles of business owners. These companies lacked practical brick-and-mortar business experience and were often run by tech people who didn’t speak the language of business owners.

That's why I founded my company. We aim to be the voice of the customer – and in the case of online reviews, the business owner is the customer to me. Negative reviewers are my enemy, and my mission is to protect business owners from online reputation attacks. I joined a Community of volunteers in late 2023 and immersed myself in understanding how online reviews work and what can and can't be removed. If it can't be removed, I'll write the response for you so that the reader knows you are legitimate and the reviewer is a fraud.

I am not a tech company; I am a human who has dissected the policy and guidelines for reviews. If I believe that a review has violated policy, it will be removed – not by a computer program or an algorithm, but by actual human action.

My unique perspective comes from years of navigating a system that often seems skewed against the small entrepreneur. I understand the challenges of protecting your business reputation online.
